DEWIS provide an advocacy service for individuals over 18 years of age, who have a learning impairment, or a physical disability, are a carer or an older person, in the Conwy County.

DEWIS in Denbighshire, provides an advocacy service for people over 65 years of age, or for carers of an older person.

If you have any concerns or are unhappy about any aspect of service provided by BCUHB the community health council can assist in you raising a concern or complaint. They provide a free and independent advocacy service which is able to help patients or the people acting for them to raise a concern.

SPoA has been developed to support the residents and professionals of Denbighshire. SPoA can provide information, advice and assistance about the services available to ensure that resident’s needs are met appropriately.

The SPoA Team consists of experienced staff from health, social care, and the 3rd Sector, who are able to provide information, advice and assistance about the services available.
